Sondag LLC

Know the depth before you commit

We map what a United States expansion will actually cost, take and require, before you sign anything.

Independent advisory. New Mexico, United States.

A written plan, not a deck

Every engagement ends in a document your bank, your accountant and your team can each act on.

Numbers before opinions

We start from your accounts, your contracts and your pipeline. Advice comes after the reading, not before it.

One firm, no handoffs

The person who does the sounding is the person who stays with the work. No junior takeover after the sale.

The entity was the easy part

Forming a US company takes a week. Making it operate takes a plan, and most of the failures happen after the certificate arrives.

01

The bank says no and will not say why

An application is refused, then the next one, and nobody explains that the problem was the description of the business, not the business.

02

The pricing was copied, not calculated

European margins carried into a market with different acquisition costs, payment fees, taxes and payment terms.

03

Contracts written for the wrong jurisdiction

Terms translated from home templates, with liability, termination and payment clauses that will not hold up here.

04

Nobody owns the back office

Filings, registered agent, sales tax, bookkeeping and renewals with no calendar and no owner, until something lapses.

What we work on

Five areas. We take on the ones you actually need, in the order that unblocks the rest.

Market entry plan

Who buys, at what price, through which channel, and what the first twelve months cost in cash. Written as a sequence with owners and dates, not as a forecast.

Unfolded drawings and printed sheets on a working table under cold daylight.

Banking and payments readiness

Getting the company presentable before it applies: business description, documentation, activity evidence, processor fit. We prepare the file and rehearse the questions.

Contracts and commercial terms

Client agreements, supplier terms, statements of work and payment terms reviewed for how they behave in a dispute here. Drafting is done with your counsel, not instead of it.

Pricing and unit economics

Rebuilding the price from acquisition cost, processing fees, delivery cost, tax and payment delay, so the margin survives contact with the market.

Back office and compliance rhythm

One calendar for filings, renewals, bookkeeping and reporting, with a named owner per line and a monthly review that takes an hour.

How an engagement runs

Four movements. You can stop after any of them and keep everything produced up to that point.

01

Sounding

Two weeks. We read the accounts, the contracts, the pipeline and the market. You answer questions; we do the reading.

02

Chart

One document. The plan, sequenced, costed, with the risks named and an owner against every step.

03

Passage

We work the plan with your team, weekly, for as long as the work needs. Decisions get made in the meeting, not after it.

04

Handover

Your team runs the rhythm. We stay reachable for the questions that come up in the first months after.

What we need from you to start

Nothing unusual, but the work does not begin without it.

The last twelve months of accounts, or since you started
The contracts and templates you are using today
One person on your side who can make decisions
An honest number for what the expansion can absorb
Two hours a week during the active phase
Depth soundings on an engraved survey chart.

The method in one line

We read the accounts, the contracts, the pipeline and the market before we say anything. Everything we recommend has to survive that reading.

How we are engaged

Three formats. Each one is quoted per engagement after the first call, in writing.

Sounding

Two weeks, fixed scope

The diagnostic on its own. You get the reading and the findings, and you are free to act on them without us.

  • Accounts, contracts and market read
  • Findings session
  • Written summary with priorities

Chart

Sounding plus the plan

The full written plan, sequenced and costed, ready to hand to your bank, your accountant and your team.

  • Everything in Sounding
  • The plan document
  • Two revision rounds

Passage

Monthly retainer

We stay through execution. Weekly working session, decisions in the room, and the back office rhythm set up and running.

  • Everything in Chart
  • Weekly session
  • Direct line between sessions

No prices are published. Fees are quoted per engagement and set out in a written engagement letter before work begins.

Who this is for

A good fit

  • ICompanies with revenue at home that want the United States to be a second real market, not a mailbox
  • IIFounders who already formed the entity and now need it to operate
  • IIITeams that will make decisions in the room and act on them the same week

Not a fit

  • IAnyone looking for a bank account guarantee, an approval shortcut or a nominee arrangement
  • IIPre-revenue ideas that need funding before they need an operating plan
  • IIIWork that is really legal, tax or accounting practice, which we do not perform

From clients

The reading was uncomfortable and completely correct. We changed the price before we launched instead of after.

Marta R.

Operations director, industrial supplier

Two applications had been refused before we spoke. The third went through with the file they helped us prepare.

Daniel V.

Founder, software services

What I actually needed was a calendar and someone to hold me to it. That is what I got.

Elena C.

Managing partner, design studio

Questions we are asked

No. No consultant can. We prepare the company and the file so the application is credible, and we rehearse the questions with you. The decision belongs to the bank.

Start with the reading

Tell us where the company is and what the United States is supposed to do for it. We will tell you what we would look at first.
